Oh man. One of the things I’m going to miss about my old garden are my boatload carrot harvests. I used to sit back and wonder how I’d use up all those carrots, and then I’d remember so many of my favorite recipes include them as an ingredient. My favorite type to grow was the Carrot Carnival Blend from Botanical Interests. But really, any variety of carrot will do in these 10 awesome recipes:
