I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone who doesn’t like some form of apples: applesauce, apple pie, dried apples, fresh off the tree apples. I suspect it’s because there are so many different types of apples and then a thousand more ways to prepare those apples. The possibilities are endless. And my taste buds are grateful for that! Plus, the freakin fantastic way baked apples of any kind make your house smell just screams fall.
