Have you ever made peach salsa before? Holy mackerel, this stuff is good. I had a few peaches left over from the other day so I thought I’d give my neighbor Girly Girl’s peach and mango salsa {without the mango} a try. I’m almost thinking this homemade peach salsa would go great with some chicken soft tacos tonight. What do you think? Peaches and chicken go together, right?
Here is the recipe –
Ingredients
3 large peaches, peeled and diced
1/4 cup sweet pepper, diced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced {optional}
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
1 small clove garlic, finely minced
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 teaspoons honey {I used clover}
Directions
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together and the refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
Yum! Yum!
