Attention all you cookie lovers {so everyone on planet earth}, tomorrow, December 4th, is National Cookie Day. It’s pretty much an unwritten rule that you have to either bake or eat some cookies {or both!}. So to help you out, I’ve tracked down some of my very favorite cookie recipes and threw them all together so you can easily decide what recipe {or 9} you want to throw in the oven. There’s a little something for everyone, so enjoy!
Chewy Gingerbread Cookies: It’s the same delicious flavor at the traditional, but chewy in place of crunchy. Which makes them pretty much melt in your mouth amazing. And just when you thought the perfect Christmas cookie couldn’t get any better, this happens. {Pin it for Later}
Chewy Reese’s Stuffed Monster Cookies: I have never had anyone try these or given a batch away without someone inevitably asking for the recipe. So I’d bake up a double batch {pronto} and then type up some recipes cards to go along with them. To be prepared {like a good Boy Scout}. {Pin it for Later}
Pretzel Cookies with Chocolate Chips & Peanut Butter Chips: These are sweet and salty in the perfect combination. They. Are. Awesome. And they practically contain every ingredient but the kitchen sink. {Pin for Later}
Cornmeal Cranberry Cookies: These little shortbread-like cookies aren’t too sweet so they are perfect to dunk into your tea. Who knew cornmeal would make such a tasty cookie. {Pin it for Later}
Nutella No Bake Cookies: These cookies combine two of my loves: Nutella and not having to use the oven. {Pin for Later}
Cranberry Coconut Breakfast Cookies: Cookies for breakfast always make the day a little happier. What a perfect way to kick off National Cookie Day?! And bonus, these are actually healthy. {Pin for Later}
Chocolate Peanut Butter Shortbread Squares: I was hesitant to put this on this list on the off chance any of you out there have little to no willpower. Because if you’re anything like me, you might gobble up a whole pan before you can say National Cookie Day! {Pin for Later}
Chocolate Hazelnut Orange Biscotti: Make them. Dip them in tea. Shove them in your mouth shamelessly. It’s as easy as 1-2-3. {Pin for Later}
Peanut Butter and Nutella Cookies: Out of 9 recipes, 2 of them contain Nutella. Should be more. I feel I’ve failed you. {Pin it for Later}
