I was digging in the freezer the other day and realized we had some salmon to use up. We love the dill/salmon combo around here, so I plucked some out of the freezer and decided that’s what was for dinner. It’s an easy recipe and we love it paired with a simple veggie like broccoli. It really makes for such a healthy meal that you don’t realize it’s healthy because it tastes so freakin good. Those kinds of meals are my favorite!
Ingredients
1 pound salmon fillets
1/4 cup melted butter
5 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon dried dill
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Brush baking dish with olive oil and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine the butter and lemon juice. Place salmon in bottom of prepared pan and drizzle butter mixture over the salmon. Sprinkle remaining ingredients over the top.
Bake for 25 minutes or until salmon is nice and flaky. Enjoy!

Yum!! I will try the recipe!. We had crab patties or as Sponge Bob would say, “crabby patties”. With squash from the garden/freezer and corn from the farmers market/freezer.

Made for dinner tonight, so delish and flavorful! I used Tilapia and was excellent. I had a lot of sauce left over and felt guilty dumping it out. May cut that in half next time or poor it over a baked potato….
