I’ve really been on a wrap kick lately. I love them because they feel so much lighter than a heavy sandwich, but pack all the same flavor punch. And much like a sandwich, they are quick and versatile. You can pile any old ingredients in a wrap and it’s like a whole new meal every day. Awesome.
1-2 cups shredded chicken breast {I use Zaycon chicken}
1/4 cup ranch dressing
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
4 10-inch flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup chopped tomato
8 slices cooked bacon
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
In a small bowl, mix ranch and barbeque sauce. Spread tortilla out on flat surface and spread 1/4 of the sauce evenly on each tortilla.
Then layer lettuce, bacon, chicken, cheese and tomatoes {I added a bit of salsa for a little more of a kick}. Roll up tightly. Cut each wrap diagonally in half to serve.
