This protein packed bento box satisfies sweet and salty taste buds, all while keeping bellies full for hours.
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- Apple Slices
- Pretzels
- Almonds
Directions
Hard boil the eggs. Place them in the fridge to cool a bit. Peel and slice the hard-boiled eggs into thirds. Place almonds into a silicone baking cup. Place pretzels into a separate silicone baking cup. Slice apples {sprinkle with fruit fresh if you don’t want them to brown before lunch time}. Place the hard-boiled eggs into the container, add the silicone cups of almonds and pretzels. Finally, arrange the apple slices in the remaining spot.
