With all my crappity crap mouth surgeries lately, I’ve been eating a lot of my meals through a straw. Good thing I love soup and smoothies. Speaking of smoothies, when that’s a staple in your daily diet, you start to experiment and come up with some fun varieties. The recipe below is one of my simple favorites!
Ingredients
1 banana, peeled and chopped
1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
6 oz vanilla yogurt
3/4 cup milk {I used 2%}
1 tablespoon sweetener {I used agave, but you can use honey, sugar or whatever your little heart desires}
1/2 cup ice cubes
Directions
Throw all ingredients into a blender {I use my Blendtec} and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
