Martha Stewart doesn’t mess around when it comes to desserts. Well really when it comes to any recipe. She’s awesome. These brownie bites are awesome. What else is there to do but go bake them & see for yourself!?!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 stick unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup packed dark-brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
1 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup sugar {for rolling cookie dough in}
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or use silpats. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat butter and brown sugar together on medium speed until fluffy. Add honey, and beat again until fluffy. Carefully add in flour mixture, and beat until well combined on low. Mix in chocolate chips.
Drop spoonfuls of dough into a bowl of sugar {I like to use a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop}. Roll dough around to coat, shaping into round balls before transferring to prepared baking sheets, spacing about 1 inch apart. Bake about 10 minutes or until tops begin to crack.
