Tonight we had orange-garlic chicken for dinner. It took me all of 3 minutes to toss everything in to the crock pot and turn it on. Wouldn’t it be nice if every night was like that? Not only is this recipe for crock pot orange-garlic chicken yummy, there are only 5 ingredients. Wahoooo for easy dinners!
Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts {mine were frozen}

6 cloves garlic, peeled
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Directions

I just LOVE my slow cooker and my Fix it and Forget it cookbooks. Yesterday I made salsa chicken, which is supposed to be baked, in the slow cooker. Holy moley, was that delicious. Use my crock for everything; tomorrow, it’s going to be Parmesan Garlic quick bread, made in the slow cooker. Can’t wait to try it!

Made this and my family loved it. Left put thyme bc I was out, and used apple cider vinegar instead of balsamic

Made a rendition of this today. I used 2 cubes of frozen garlic and oj.. I knew I did not have Thyme but forgot about the balsamic…ooops!
I pulled the chicken out and strained the broth into a pan and added some soy sauce , red pepper flakes and honey. Brought it to a bubble and a added a slurry of cornstarch/water to thicken. Served the kids plain rice, steamed veggies( pea pods, carrots and broccoli) and chicken.. Hubby and I mixed ours all together with the spicy sauce.. YUM!
