Move over mango salsa, there’s a new fruit salsa in town. Pineapple salsa? Who knew!
It’s awesome! Sweet, spicy and delicious. We just ate it with chips, but I bet it would taste awesome over grilled fish or chicken. Hmmm. I might just have to try that the next time we BBQ {which will probably be tomorrow, cause it’s BBQ season again. Wahooo!}.
2 {20 oz} cans pineapple tidbits
Juice from 2 limes
1 small can mandarin oranges, rinsed, drained and chopped
4 jalapenos, seeded and minced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Salt and pepper to tatse
Directions
Mix all ingredients and salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!

This looks incredible!.
Do you drain the pineapple tidbits before use? Have you ever tried using crushed pineapple instead?
Mavis says
Yep, drain away! You can probably used crushed pineapple as the flavors will still be the same!
