An adorable little valentine idea that takes 30 seconds flat and comes with a chocolatey treat? Yes, please! If you want something for your child to bring to their Valentine’s Day gift exchange, these little mice will be the star of any class party! They’d also be a fun treat for neighbors or coworkers. Plus, they are so simple your kids can do all of the work {as long as you trust them with a hot glue gun}. And did I mention their level of adorableness?
Supplies
Hershey’s kisses {regular or Valentine’s colors}
Mini poms
Scrapbook paper or felt
Googly eyes
String, yarn or twine
Glue gun
Directions
Freeze kisses overnight. Cut scrapbook paper or felt into little heart ears {no need for a point on the heart since that will be hidden}. Cut short pieces of string. Remove the white Hershey’s ribbon from the top of each kiss.
Take two kisses. Hot glue on two eyes and a pom nose to one kiss. Add a dot of glue to either side of the scrapbook paper or felt and press the bottom of the two kisses together to connect your mouse and secure your ears in place. Attach the tail to the Hershey’s kiss side without eyes or nose, and your little Valentine’s Day mouse is complete!
