Today the HH has decided to stay home and “help” me around the house. I don’t know exactly what this means yet {Ha!} but I’m keeping my fingers crossed that he will dig up all those potatoes in the backyard for me. I’ll keep you posted!

Just a FYI – the pencil/makeup case isn’t leather. According to reviews it’s stamped Twilight “all over it” (I guess an over stock of movie tie-in) and is paper thin. It does look cute! I was going to get a purple one for my DD but she isn’t a Twilight fan. I have bought some of the cheap Amazon things before, and some have been great bargains, others get thrown out.
Thank you for showing some of them to us! My kid’s stockings will be fuller thanks to you.

I know it makes a cute photo op, but since you say Lucy chews things up (like your new book!) I will suggest you don’t “reward” her by letting her pose long enough for a photo. Tell her “no” loudly and forcefully (not yelling!), clapping your hands together if she needs that to understand you are unhappy with her. Show her the chewed up book and say “no” again. Quickly give her one of her chew toys. Praise her when she takes it.
Digging? She won’t know the difference between digging up potatoes and digging up the seeds you just planted in the spring! It makes for cute photos, but you asking for more of a trouble puggle than you have now!
