One of my all time favorite movies, Baby Boom is now available with Amazon Prime. I have probably seen this movie a dozen times over the past 30 YEARS {!!} and it’s a classic in my book. Plus, Sam Shepard is in it so you know it’s going to be good {if you haven’t seen it already}.
Let me know what you think if you decide to watch it–or if you have already seen it.
Peace out Girl Scouts & have yourself a great weekend,
~Mavis

I love everything about this movie. I think a lot of people working a 9-5 job dream of quitting/retiring and moving to a quiet little town like this. It gives you a nice warm feeling watching it.

I always want to move to Vermont after watching this movie! ❤️

I live in a super-rural area with tiny towns, though in the west rather than the east. My favorite part of this movie, which I joke is true in my area, is the vet being the best medical professional in the area… They have better bedside manners as well! <3

Oh my gosh this is one of my top two all time favorites – the other being It’s A Wonderful Life, so that tells you how highly I rate Baby Boom!!!!! Love Diane Keaton, and have seen all her movies except Annie Hall as I’m not a Woody Allen fan. Love, love, love this movie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I must have seen it at least 30 times!

I love that movie and the “another $3,000 dollars! AAAAAAA” part reminds me of my late sister. That is how she would have reacted to the same thing!
I am DEFINITELY going to have to watch it this week!
