I found The True Cost while perusing treehugger.com the other day. Wowza. This one will stop and make you think. I have literally never even thought about the “behind the scenes” of cheap clothing, but let me tell you, Bob, it has kind of etched a permanent place in my thoughts. In case you don’t have a second to watch the trailer, this one is about the working conditions and environmental repercussions of cheap clothing {and a constantly changing styles}.
Let me know what you think if you decide to watch it–or if you have already seen it.
Peace out Girl Scouts & have yourself a great weekend,

I haven’t seen it, but I can imagine. Once again, she said on her soapbox, BUY AMERICAN! Non-Western foreign countries do not have worker protections, environmental protections, etc. Why support that?
