Want an easy Halloween craft that will take you about 10 minutes, and most likely, you have everything you need on hand? I thought so. These pumpkin Mason jars will fit the bill, then. You can even throw an LED tealight candle, or the real deal {if you’re not worried about little hands} in them and light them up.
Empty mason jar {You could also use empty spaghetti or jelly jars, if you have some on hand}
Orange Tissue Paper
Glue {Elmers will work fine}
Foam Paint Brush
Black construction paper
Scissors
In a paper bowl, water down some glue. Place the tissue paper around the outside of the jar and glue it on, painting the glue on with the foam paint brush. This can be pretty sloppy, the creases add charm. Cut triangles and pumpkin mouths out of the black paper and glue them onto the jar too. Now, let the whole thing dry, and voila, insta-craft.

I made some of these years ago. Green tissue paper makes a cute frankenstein and I used purple paper with bat eyes and white paper for a ghost. Real flame tea lights will make the jars very hot – I recommend the battery powered lights.

Oh, I love those ideas! The Frankenstein would be adorable.
