Do your kids have a holiday party at school or church every year? These Hershey kiss mice ornaments make the perfect craft or gift for the kids to bring in. {Room moms, I’m talking to you}. They go together in a snap and they are made of bite-sized chocolate goodness. The kids will love them.
You’ll need:
- 2 Hershey Kisses {for each ornament you plan to make}
- 1 Hershey kiss {to melt in your mouth while you are making the ornaments}
- Pink felt
- Clear-drying glue
- Fishing line or baker’s twine, cut into 7″ segments
- Self-adhesive googly eyes
Directions:
Gently remove the tags from all of the kisses–you can just tuck the foil back in place after they have been removed. Cut two small ovals, about 3/8″ tall out of the pink felt and set aside. Loop the pre-cut twine to form a hanger for the ornament and glue it to the flat side of one of the kisses. Now, glue the other kiss, flat sides together, onto the kiss with the twine.
Tuck the cut pink felt into the crease of the two kisses and gently glue it down. Now, stick on the googly eyes.
Easy as you pleasy, right?
