Step #1 Plant Swiss Chard Seeds. Water. Nurture. Defend your crop against slugs.
Step #3 Find an Eglu with wayward chickens holed up inside…
They will refuse to get off their infertile eggs so you’ll have to force them out of the nest.
And spin in your handy dandy Salad Spinner…
Step #7 Gather up 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped red pepper, 1 salad spinner full of Swiss Chard, 6 slices of cooked bacon, 4 oz of Feta cheese, 6 eggs, 1 pie crust and some salt and pepper.
Step #8 Saute the onion and pepper…
Step #10 Add the Swiss Chard… and saute a little longer.
Step #12 Bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes…
Step #13 Let cool… and serve for dinner.

YOu rock! Thank you! We have so much swiss chard and I am so uncreative when it comes to doing something with that. My dad’s idea of veggies was corn and green beans. Peas if you wanted to be exotic. So having my own garden has opened up doors but I still need plenty of ideas. LOL.
Thank you! Guess what we’re havng for dinner?
Do you think we could subsitute cottage cheese instead of feta? Feta is like $6 for one of those 4oz things. o_0

A perfect meal. We make spinach and kale quiche but have never done so with Swiss chard…sounds good.
