I am your typical housewife living in high maintenance suburbia. I have a handsome husband, 2 kids and a flock of pet chickens. I try and feed my family with $100 a month. With the help of coupons, gardening and bartering I am able to squeeze the most out of our grocery budget and still manage to have a little fun along the way.

I randomly started a “small” garden this year but kept expanding it because of clients, you and of course all of those amazing seeds you can search online. One of my clients has been saving seeds for over 15 years and rarely has to buy anything. She lives in the next county over & they have a free compost program. She actually brought me a bunch of it that she had leftover and gave me tips on savings seeds. I love roasted pumpkin seeds but ill try to save some this year 🙂
