Have you ever grown mutant vegetables before?
How am I suppose to peel this thing anyway?
Over the weekend I spent a lot of time working in our raised garden beds. Since we currently have {16} 8’x4′ wide garden beds, weeding them can be quite the chore when I neglect them {which is often}.
So I decided the most efficient {and most OCD friendly} way to go about rejuvenating the beds was to work on the boxes one at a time.
Ahhh… Much better. Doesn’t it look better? Because I know I feel better every time I walk out there.
Now I can’t for the life of me remember if I planted these potatoes, or if they were volunteers, but hey, I’ll take 13.2 pounds of homegrown potatoes any day of the week.
Peace Out Girl Scouts, I’m off to go dig in the garden.

Started following from Money Saving Mom! Those beds look beautiful, there is just something about neat (weedless) garden beds. And 13 lbs of potatoes is not bad either
