We went to the Lyle Lovett concert. It was awesome. Because I’m super thrifty I refused to buy seats and instead opted for the “general admission” tickets. And I’m so glad I did. We were able to bring a picnic dinner and sit on the sloped lawn and listen to the music. Monkey Boy and the girl who thinks she’s a bird even had a great time. And much to my delight he played my favorite song of his “If I had a boat.”
The zucchini, beans and cucumbers are finally coming up, and with any luck we will get some this year. It’s kinda hard to imagine actually craving zucchini but I am! But for now I’m stuffing myself with fresh berries.
We also wandered around Mt. Rainer National Park.
I think it’s been kinda warm up there.
How about you? Did you do anything exciting last week?
