1. Get Organized. Bottom line, I need to get it together.
2. Run, walk or crawl a Marathon, half marathon, 10k, and 5k race this year.
Blah, Blah, Blah.
3. Remodel our Master Bathroom, Master Closet and Monkey Boy’s Bathroom.
4. Finish Every Room in Our House.
I’m getting there slowly but surely.
5. Turn Spare Bedroom into a Cozy Home Office Space for myself.
We gave the room to Lucy and I stole the HH’s office space.
6. Create a Vegetable Garden
Done. But I think I might need 2 more garden boxes. 😉
7. Build a Path into the Hillside for Easy Access to the Upper Garden.
We built a fence and trellis instead.
8. Limit my personal spending to $100 a month.
In 2014 my monthly personal spending budget was $200 a month. So when I cut it in half for 2015 I honestly thought it would be tough. But it hasn’t been one bit. Weird. Don’t you think? Maybe I’m just at a point in my life when I just don’t need anything. Or want to buy anything.
Last week I picked up 2 sets of bed rails for $10 each and some white DMC floss at the thrift store for $0.60. Talk about an exciting week y’all. 😉
In September I Spent $28.73
In August I Spent $27.29
In July I Spent $50.82
In June I Spent $6.00.
In May I Spent $26.50.
In April I Spent $18.46.
In March I Spent $42.44.
In February I Spent $32.52
In January I Spent $84.33
9. Purge… Weekly. Find 10 things each week to donate to the thrift store.
Mission accomplished. Not only was I able to donate a boatload of stuff to the thrift store, but I also made $473 at our yard sale selling my old stuff too.
This week I’m reading Working Stiff. “An unvarnished portrait of the daily life of medical examiners.” It’s not something I would normally read, but I stumbled upon it after reading A Fall of Marigolds {which a adored by the way}.
11. Slow Down.
Blogger by day, hooker by night. That’s how I roll these days.
I think I need to get serious about make a weekly batch of scones if we are going to go through all this jam.
Did you set any goals for this year? If so, how are they coming along?

Goals #1 & #10 were on my list this year. It’s October and I haven’t even come close to achieving either of them. I’m sure if I could nail down #1 then #10 would be a lot easier… Oh well, you’re only a failure if you give up. Right?
Don’t forget a big dollop of cream to go with those scones and jam. 🙂

Are you a little afraid you won’t find 10 things to donate next week if you donate a boatload this week? I would feel like I might need to ration my donations! 🙂
