For lunch today I made the Handsome Husband a lovely strawberry and spinach salad.
Although he would never admit it, I think he’s secretly impressed with my scavenging skills. I mean it’s not everyday a wife makes her husband a gourmet lunch out of free food that was intended for the compost heap.
Ingredients
1 plate full of spinach leaves
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
2 tablespoons of Ken’s Raspberry Pecan Dressing
Directions
In a large bowl, toss together the spinach and strawberries. Pour the dressing over the spinach and strawberries, and toss to coat. Serve.
