When you have a houseful of hard workers and you want to reward them but have no stove and no kitchen to speak of, what do you do? Whip out a blender and make some mean smoothies of course! This recipe was a hit with the whole crew. I only had to provide 2 ingredients and some ice, and then press a button. Easy peasy.
Ingredients
2 cups fresh pineapple {peeled, cored and cubed}
2 ripe bananas
3 cups of ice
Directions
Throw all ingredients into a blender {I use my Blendtec} and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

We made this tonight and everyone loved it. I did make some changes though; I’m incapable of actually following a recipe. We used a 20 oz can of pineapple tidbits (undrained), 2 bananas, and ice to fill up the rest of the blender. We have a Vitamix and used the larger container. After blending and tasting (It was yummy!), we added about 2/3 cup canned coconut milk and blended again. It was even better! Thanks for the great idea!

Ooh, canned coconut milk would be a delish addition. Good call!
