The beauty of being a blogger is that I have a platform to share whatever noteworthy topic that pops into my head. Sometimes, the crazy stories I come across on the inter-web or the random thoughts that pop into my mind aren’t really noteworthy at all {on their own}. They usually make me pause, laugh, or just plain roll my eyes and I go on about my day.
So, without further ado, here’s this week’s edition of Random Goodness from Around the Web:
I Don’t Think a Few Hail Marys Will Fix This
I laughed so hard when I heard about this. Apparently a sweet old Brazilian grandmother, a devout Catholic, was mistakenly praying to Elrond, an elf from Lord of the Ring. She thought that the small plastic figurine she’d been praying to was an image of Saint Anthony. Not so. I guess it’s the thought that counts, right?!
I’m not much of an ironer, because I won’t buy something for myself if it has to be ironed. But my husband’s stuff does need to be ironed on occasion. And I hate ironing. I would so buy this! It’s called a Flippr and it’s the first redesign of the ironing board since 1892. It’s even supposed to shorten your ironing times by up to 80%. Looks like it would make that dumb and awkward ironing board AWESOME! What do you think? Pretty cool, right? If even for the little iron holder on the end. I need that! But that flip thing is genius!
This is NOT The Best Way to Spread Christmas Cheer
I realize the Christmas season is over, and with it, ELF season. I love that movie, though, so when I saw this hilarious video, I had to share. Everything about Elf suddenly feels so creepy, doesn’t it. Haha!
Dog Tunnel Deterrent?
Yes!! Lucy needs this and pronto! I mean, how fun is this PetPeek Fence Window? Lucy the Puggle Princess is quite the curious little thing. This would be the perfect way to let her run wild outside while still getting to see what is beyond those wooden slats! Anyone ever seen one installed? I’m super curious!
And that concludes this installment of Random Goodness from Around the Web. Please make sure to leave your random responses in the comment section.

My friends have a see through bubble in their fence for their dog and the dog loves it. He does startle people walking by but they usually laugh. The dog seems to really enjoy the change in view 😉

Would a dog see something through the fence window, and they decide to dig under the fence to get out of the yard? Hmmm……

When my mother had her wood fence put in, she had a doggy window put in. It was a square cut out near the bottom of the fence w/a piece of heavy duty screen framed over the hole. It worked great.

Love that ironing board too.
As fabric cools press is more set, I think this flipping feature would keep shirt from additional wrinkles just from flipping it around in a hurry.
Wheels too! I can duct tape my suitcase to it and head to the airport !! ha ha
A little spendy at $100.00 something now, so I’ll wait, would be a nice graduation gift for young professional.
Thanks Mavis
