The beauty of being a blogger is that I have a platform to share whatever noteworthy topic that pops into my head. Sometimes, the crazy stories I come across on the inter-web or the random thoughts that pop into my mind aren’t really noteworthy at all {on their own}. They usually make me pause, laugh, or just plain roll my eyes and I go on about my day.
So, without further ado, here’s this weeks edition of Random Goodness from Around the Web:
I might not be a cat person, but Dusty might change my mind about that {he’s even been on Letterman!!}. The cat has stolen items from almost all of his neighbors, prefers bathing suits and has never been arrested for his crimes ha! Dusty had stolen 16 car wash mitts, 7 sponges, 213 dish towels, 7 wash cloths, 5 towels, 18 shoes, 73 socks, 100 gloves, 1 pair of mittens, 3 aprons, 40 balls, 4 pairs of underwear, 1 dog collar, 6 rubber toys, 1 blanket, 3 leg warmers, 2 Frisbees, 1 golf club head cover, 1 safety mask, 2 mesh bags, 1 bag of water balloons, 1 pair of pajama pants, 8 bathing suits, and 8 miscellaneous objects. What a crafty little cat!
Now I know 3D printers are being used for all sorts of awesome things: medical advances, science experiments, building houses. But move over all you useful things. There’s a new reason 3D printers are magical: CANDY!! Dylan’s Cnady Bar and the Magic Candy Factory partnered to bring the first 3D candy printer to the US! You can now pick from over 100 candy shapes and characters, design your own or upload a picture to be candy-fied. The color, flavor combination and finishing spray {think edible glitter dust}, are completely customizable. Once you’ve selected your style, the gummy treats are then created in under five minutes. Now how can I get my hands on one of those printers?!
And to Think I Just Hung ‘Em on the Fridge
This artist is AH-MAZING!! Her collaborations start when her two year old creates her own sketch with an ink pen, which she then uses to turn into a watercolor painting. The sketch is completely her child’s with no instruction given from her; she simply uses her daughter’s creativity to inspire her to create a painting. Seriously awesome.

And that concludes this installment of Random Goodness from Around the Web. Please make sure to leave your random responses in the comment section.

We have a cat that winks at us and we had one that would sit up and beg. The beggar didn’t meow. Love.pets.
