I bring this pasta salad {with slight variations} to practically every put luck I attend. It’s quick, easy and if you are a couponer like me, you always have free pasta and salad dressing on hand.
Pasta Salad with Salami and Olives
Ingredients
- 1 12 oz box spiral pasta , cooked
- 5 thick slices of salami , chopped
- 2 oz Parmesan cheese crumbles
- 1 can olives , drained and halved
- 1 can black beans , drained and rinsed
- 1/2 bottle Ken’s Steak House Cesar Salad Dressing
- 1/2 bottle Ken’s Steak House Creamy Balsamic Dressing
Instructions

Toss ingredients in a large bowl, stir well and refrigerate 3 hours before serving.

I love making this salad, but have always used Bernstien’s Restaurant Style Italian dressing. I’ll have to try the Ken’s dressing next time.
