Ingredients
3 cups frozen blackberries
1/4 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons butter
2 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
2/3 cups quick oats {regular works just fine too}
In a bowl combine frozen berries, flour, sugar and 1 tablespoon butter {cut into chunks}. Combine and place in a 8 oz ramekins.
In another bowl combine brown sugar and remaining butter and microwave until soft. Add the oats to brown sugar mixture and combine. Top blackberries with oatmeal mixture. Place ramekins on a lined cookie sheet {I used a silpat} and bake at 350 degrees until juices are bubbling and oats are lightly browned {about 30 minutes}. Cool and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

I am drooling all over my screen. This looks delish. I am in love with BetterOats and would not have thought to use them in this way, thanks for this idea! FYI even tho’ we don’t have screaming coupon deals in CA (doublers) like you do and other parts of the country. I did score BetterOats at Albertsons last week 4 for $5 then used a $1 off coupon found on fb to make then $1 per box, sweet works out to be .20 per my morning breakfast obsession. You can print the fb coupon twice. Robin in SoCal

Thanks for the coupon reminder. I’ll have to go see if I can print it again. Also, the big Quaker sale will be happening next week at Albertsons so you should be able to stock up on Quaker Oats!
