The thing I love most about cookies {aside from the fact that they’re pretty delicious} is that they don’t take an all day commitment. I can whip up a quick batch of cookies and be done from start to finish in 20 minutes. I like when delicious results come without a huge time commitment. Those are my kind of treats! Here are a few of my simple cookies recipes:
The Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
Peanut Butter and Nutella Cookies
Zucchini Chocolate Chip Cookies
Chocolate Chip Cookies with Almonds, Cranberries and Coconut

Okay, this comment has nothing to do with cookies – but thanks for all the wonderful photos. They all look delicious!
I just saw this article and thought of your recent trip – was this you? http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/sideshow/mystery-gnome-homes-appear-along-trail-in-kansas–205523557.html

These will be great for back to school. Do you have any suggestions for the brown bag main course?

I have an awesome recipe for “trail mix cookies” they taste great, make a big batch and you can add what ever nuts, seeds and fruits you want. let me know if you want it. BTW my whole family loves your Nutella cookies. They disappear as soon as I pull them out of the oven!

Holy Cow….so many choices….so little time. Thanks for the inspiration. I’ll be visiting my daughter at college in the next week and she’d just love an assortment of cookie dough for her freezer.

Youngest daughter made your Best Chocolate Chip Cookies last night. She made half a batch with white chocolate chips, per a request from her two older sisters. They were delish and I had three for breakfast! ๐
