Even though I don’t make a weekly menu plan, I still love the idea of having a bunch of recipes right in front of me to choose from. Here are a few recipes from my recipe collection I thought you might like:
Breakfast Ideas
English Muffin Bread – This is one of those meals you can make when you have time, and then let the kids toast up in the morning when time is a commodity. {Pin for Later}

Slow Cooker and Freezer Meal Ideas
Slow Cooked Boston Baked Beans – I am not going to lie, I could eat these as a meal all by themselves, but they also make a pretty awesome side dish. {Pin for Later}
Sausage Lentil Soup – This soup rocks. Eat it up before it gets too hot outside! {Pin for Later}
Easy Freezer Meal Meatballs – You can serve these up with the baked beans. Everyone will love you. {Pin for Later}
Freezer Meal – Ground Beef Pot Pies – I like to make several of these at once, so there is dinner that night, and dinner 4 more nights when things are too busy to cook. Plus, it has “pie” right in the title, you can’t go wrong. {Pin for Later}
Soups , Salads and Main Dish Ideas
Asian Noodle Salad with Kale – This is a great way to hide use up some of that kale. It’s served cold, and makes a tasty meal OR side dish. {Pin for Later}
Cream Broccoli and Spinach Pasta Salad – I must be craving carbs because everything pasta is sounding good. Since spinach and broccoli are in season, it’s a great time to make this dish. {Pin for Later}
Pizza from scratch – The kids always love it when I make homemade pizza. It’s super easy, and everyone is happy. {Pin for Later}
Lasagna Cups – How do you make lasagna more delicious? You turn it into easy to grab bite sized cupcakes. Delicious. {Pin for Later}
Cookies, Snacks and Desserts
Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies with Cranberries – They’re practically a health food because of the cranberries, I promise. {Pin for Later}
Homemade Tortillas – How are these a snack or dessert, you may ask? Spread a little butter and sprinkle them with cinnamon and sugar, and see if you are still asking that question. {Pin for Later}
Black Bean and Corn Quesadillas – Since you already whipped up some fresh tortillas, you might as well also have some quesadillas as a snack this week. {Pin for Later}

Homemade Applesauce – I’ve noticed quite a few sales on apples lately, they must be trying to clear out last fall’s crop to make room for the new crops. Last years or not, they make fantastic applesauce. {Pin for Later}
