I can’t believe I’m saying this but I seriously think I’ve fallen off the cooking bandwagon. Is that even possible? Do you ever feel like you never try anything new? Well I’ve decided that this is the week I’m going to get my stuff together and try a few new recipes.
So if you have any old time favorites you think I should try, please, please, please leave me the recipe {or the link} in the comments. I need some new ideas.
3 Breakfast Ideas
Slow Cooker Steel Cut Oatmeal with Apples and Brown Sugar – Sometimes, when I’m feeling crazy, I’ll plan ahead and make this for the HH’s weekly breakfast in bed. The apples add a new flavor and make my house smell fantastic. {Pin it for Later}
Mini Quiche with Bacon – These are basically pop-able bites of goodness. Make them. {Pin it for Later}
Dutch Breakfast Puff – This always seem like a treat to my family, and yet, what they don’t know is that it is easier to whip up than pancakes. {Pin it for Later}
4 Lunch Ideas and Dinner Ideas
Cast Iron Skillet Pot Pie – Cast iron makes everything taste better. It makes it all crispy and flaky. Delicious. {Pin it for Later}
Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes with Bacon and Chives – How do you improve on the nearly perfect mashed potato? You add bacon, that’s how. {Pin it for Later}
Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup – If you are fighting off spring sniffles, this soup is sure to put you back on track. {Pin it for Later}
Loaded Baked Potato and Ham Casserole – Yet another way to use up that leftover Easter ham. {Pin it for Later}
Strawberry Rhubarb Crumb Pie – I am going to have to comb the streets to replace my rhubarb supply just to make this pie. I literally wait all year for this sucker. {Pin it for Later}
Vegan Chocolate Coconut Ice Cream – If you or someone in your family is lactose intolerant or Vegan, this ice cream is where it is at. It’s creamy, chocolate indulgence. {Pin it for Later}
Homemade Granola Bars – This is one of those sweets that you can half-way feel good about. {Pin it for Later}
Freezer Meal Meatloaf with American Cheese – Monkey Boy loves American cheese, so when I decided to add it to meatloaf {after friends raved about it}, I knew I would totally be the domestic hero. I was right. {Pin it for Later}
Meyer Lemon-Ginger Marmalade – Ginger and lemon are literally divine together. {Pin it for Later}
What are YOU planning on making this week?
