What’s better than one delicious thing? When you just keep layered them on top of each other until you’ve stacked SEVEN delicious things to make the most delicious bars. Gooey and sweet and chewy and perfect. I always claim I’m making these for my kids, but really they’re for me!
Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 {14 oz} can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/3 cups shredded coconut
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Pour butter in bottom of 9×13 baking dish and swirl to coat bottom and sides. Evenly spread graham cracker crumbs over bottom of pan. Place a layer of chocolate chips, then butterscotch chips, and finally nuts over the graham crackers. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the nuts. Sprinkle coconut on top.
Bake for 25 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Cool completely before cutting.

These are called “magic bars” where I’m from. But I don’t usually use butterscotch….it’s all chocolate for me. 🙂
