That Paula Deen doesn’t mess around when it comes to her recipes. Even something as simple as a smoothie should be followed to the letter. You could de-virginize this smoothie in a heartbeat with a little trip to your liquor cabinet, or keep it family friendly for the kids. Either way, it’s delish!
Ingredients
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 banana
1/4 cup ice cubes
2 teaspoons honey
Directions
Throw all ingredients into a blender {I use my Blendtec} and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
