Back to school means a mad scramble to find quick and easy breakfast and snack recipes for the kids. These quick breads recipes are all kid-approved {some are even loaded with hidden healthy ingredients, so they are mom-approved, too!}. They wrap nicely for on the go breakfasts or are perfect for packed lunches. And they are obviously not just for kids. My husband loves them and I love them. After a long day in the garden, a slice of one of these breads and a nice cup of tea totally hits the spot!
Nutella Banana Nut Bread: You know when people talk about what they’d grab if their house was on fire and they only had a few seconds? I’d grab the usual: Lucy, pictures and this Nutella recipe. {Pin for Later}
Peanut Butter Banana Bread: Some people view peanut butter along the same lines as bacon. There is no such thing as too much peanut butter. And they add it to every recipe accordingly. The addition of peanut butter in the recipe was out of this world good. It takes your banana bread up a notch- or 12. {Pin it for Later}
Blueberry Banana Oat Bread: Need a recipe for those black, mushy bananas sitting on the kitchen counter? This is a great twist on classic banana bread. Your mouth can’t decide if it’s eating a blueberry muffin or banana bread. And that’s not a bad thing! {Pin for Later}
Strawberry Streusel Bread: If banana bread is overdone in your house too, give this streusel bread a try. It’s like a party in your mouth! {Pin it for later}
Cranberry Walnut Bread: I find myself only pulling this recipe out around Thanksgiving, which is a shame because it’s so freakin delicious it deserves to be baked often. {Pin it for Later}
Vegan Zucchini Bread w/Chocolate Chips: I know what you are thinking… Mavis, there must be fifty seven million and two zucchini bread recipes out there, does the world really need another one? My answer – Yes. This recipe is that good! {Pin it for Later}
Blueberry Buckle: I found this recipe for blueberry buckle on my friend Jane’s blog a couple of years ago and have been making it ever since. {Pin it for later}
Banana Walnut Bread: This stuff is sooo yummy. My favorite way to serve it is warmed in the microwave and slathered with butter. We’ll eat on it all week long for an easy, filling breakfast. {Pin it for Later}

Mavis you left off my favorite, your Super Moist Zucchini Bread! It is so good, I use almond instead of vanilla extract. Thanks for all the good ideas, you are the best!
