I make granola at least once a week. I love the stuff because I can throw a little of whatever I have on hand into it and it makes the best snack for my kids {oh who am I kidding, I steal their snacks all the time when they’re this good!}. Granola is awesome too because it’s fast, simple and I can pronounce all of the ingredients. Can’t say that about many of the boxed junkity junk you’ll find down the “snack” aisle at the grocery store.
I love knowing what I’m fueling my kids with, and they love it when it tastes amazing. Granola does double duty in that department. Oh and did I mention it’s delicious? Cause it totally is! Here are my favorite granola recipes:

I love homemade granola (and your granola bars). My go-to recipe adds unsweetened, flaked coconut (from My New Roots) which is a delicious mix-in. I’m eager to try one like your first recipe with crystallized ginger.
