Mavis – I have so much produce, flowers AND honey (I am a beekeeper) to sell, but we are fairly new to the street, and our neighbor, about seven houses down, has had a veggie and honey stand for years. They are retired. I want to do a stand to help offset my gardening costs, but I feel like maybe I should not compete with them. What do you think? Any advice?

Maybe just be up front with them and tell them what you hope to do. Maybe if they don’t do it every day, you could take turns. Or perhaps find a location a bit away from them if that’s possible
