When one berry {or two} just isn’t enough, bring on the triple berry smoothie. It’s good. So good you’ll have to pace yourself or you’ll for sure wind up with a brain freeze. Might be worth it though!
Ingredients
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries
2 tablespoons agave syrup
6 oz nonfat Greek yogurt
1 cup ice
Directions
Throw all ingredients into a blender {I use my Blendtec} and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

When I have strawberries that look less than perfect for fresh eating, I hull them and pop them in the freezer. Then blend a yogurt (you don’t mention flavor, we use mostly strawberry, but my daughter had one yesterday with toasted coconut!), a banana (good use for overripe ones!), a bit of orange juice, and 4 or 5 frozen strawberries. No ice needed with the frozen strawberries. We don’t add sweetener, liking it without. I love how strawberries turn things so red!
Or, we use pineapple slices with pineapple juice instead of bananas and OJ. Very tropical with the coconut yogurt!
