The book-pile tree is my absolute favorite. But, honestly, I like something about all of them. I love creative people!!!

I love the book pile christmas tree too. If you arrange it just right you can put Nickknacks all over it instead of ordaments. I always get these little Christmas village figurines for presents from everyone but I never know what to do with all of them. It’s a good idea for me. I’ll have to remember it.
… the beer bottle tree might be a good idea if your having a New Years eve party later. The Christmas tree is cleaned up just in time for the New year and your guests have been thoughly watered by the time the party ends.

5 and 6 not so much. Both imaginative and creative, but not my style. I like the beer bottle but I would worry too much about crashes. The lobster trap one is great but not for my house, for a town square maybe. I can see the ladder in my house as my windows go down to the floor like that. I like the book tree the best.
When I was single , lived in apartment the strings of mini lights were just coming out in the stores. I had a 2 side by side double hung windows in the living room. I strung the lights back and forth in the shape of a tree and hung ornaments right from the cords. From outside it looked like a real tree at night, all lit up. Cheered up my little place wonderfully.

I have to make that book tree!!! I’m a librarian by profession, bookworm by choice. That book tree rocks so hard :). Love it.

I think they are all great. I love the idea of an alternative Christmas tree. In fact, my tree is a tomato cage turned upside down. It’s free and enviromentaly friendly.

Oh that sounds so interesting. You should put a picture up.

I saw an image similar to the ladder tree last year and immediately went to my garage and pulled out our ladder. This is our second year using it and it’s AWESOME. I love how they used fishing line to hang the ornaments. Ours is much less, ahem, styled. You can check our last year’s yuletide ladder here: http://rhubarbsky.com/2011/12/05/tis-the-season-day-5/

Being the New England girl that I am, I’m loving the “lobstah” trap tree!
But my favorite one has got to be the book tree. So wonderful 🙂

Thank you for saying “lobstah” you made my day! 🙂
