Quote of the Day “We delight in the butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty.”
Hello Sunday! Monkey Boy mowed the lawn when he got home from work last night without even asking. How cool was that? Do you have plans to grow a vegetable garden this year? Have you set out your tomatoes yet? I’m still debating if it’s too early or not.
Well, have a great day everyone, and get outside and enjoy the weather!!
♥ Mavis

Definitely too early to put out tomatoes here. Having had virtually no cold weather all winter (just endless rain) it’s now making up for it with frosts every night 🙁
Mavis says
Shoot. That must be frustrating!
Jenny says
I didn’t start anything indoors this year. All my seeds went in the ground 2 weeks ago…finger crossed! Already starting to come up!
Mavis says
So fun! It’s when my garden first starts to sprout that I get the most excited!!
Randi says
Tomato confession here.. Set them out yesterday. They were getting too tall for the grow lights. Fingers crossed.
Mavis says
Fingers crossed for you!! Bring on the fresh tomatoes!
Jen says
It’s been snowing here since Friday! Generally Mother’s Day is the recommended tomato planting date here though. My tomatoes are still enjoying their time under the grow light. 🙂
