I love the idea of being able to turn something I already have into a quick and easy holiday decoration. It’s win-win. I don’t have to store anything extra, AND I seem like I’m festive {it’s really all about appearances in suburbia :)}.
This quick little upcycle requires minimal investment. If you have old frames with pictures you’ve grown out of, or don’t need anymore, all you need to do is buy a couple of inexpensive vinyl decals {Target has tons to choose from too}. You can switch them out with the season, and storing vinyl decals takes basically zero space.
You’ll Need:
Picture frame with glass
Vinyl Decals
Directions:
Brace yourself, these are very complicated instructions: Take picture out of the frame, leaving the glass, but not the back of the frame. Randomly place holiday decals onto the front side of the glass. Hang up and enjoy. {Was that tough, or what?}

How do you prevent the glass from fall out the back? Usually the carboard backs have clips to hold everything in….I love this idea!!!

If your frame does not come with tiny brackets to hold the glass in the frame {mine did} you can use tiny finish nails.
