Even though I don’t make a weekly menu plan, I still love the idea of having a bunch of recipes right in front of me to choose from. Here are a few recipes from my recipe collection I thought you might like:
Breakfast Ideas
Almond Lemon Poppy Seed Biscotti – Dip these in tea, and you’ll instantly remember everything good about the world. {Pin for Later}
Rhubarb Walnut Muffins – These are perfect to pop in your mouth on the way out the door. {Pin for Later}
Farmers Breakfast Skillet w/Sausage and Eggs – This is one of those hardy, stick with you all morning scramblers that would make your grandma proud. {Pin for Later}
DIY Freezer Fruit and Yogurt Smoothie Bags – This is the perfect time to whip some of these up–that way, older kids can “make themselves” breakfast once school is out. {Pin for Later}
Slow Cooker and Freezer Meal Ideas
Chili Verde Soup – This soup is seriously awesome. {Pin for Later}
Freezer Meal Lime Cilantro Chicken – This is a perfect way to use up some of that cilantro that’s probably ready in the garden. {Pin for Later}
Gourmet Spinach Blue Cheese Burgers – These are the perfect way to gear up for grilling season. Get them ready, pop them in the freezer, and an impromptu backyard BBQ will be a breeze. {Pin for Later}

Soups , Salads and Main Dish Ideas
Baked Spaghetti Casserole – I love that you can make these in individual servings. That way, if you have kids going in opposite directions, it’s easy to throw them in the oven individually for a nice hot meal. {Pin for Later}
Creamy Avocado Pasta – Um, creamy avocado…do I really need to say more? {Pin for Later}
Broccoli Cranberry and Almond Salad with Feta – This makes a great side dish, or I have been known to eat it for lunch all on its own. {Pin for Later}
Best Tuna Casserole – Again, if you have a busy week, this is the perfect weekday meal. You can fix it in the morning and pop it into the oven when you get home in the evening. Dinner is served. {Pin for Later}
Cookies, Snacks and Desserts
Oatmeal Rolls – I like to make a batch of these for quick PB&J rolls after school. They make for bite-sized goodness. Make extra to serve all week long with dinner.{Pin for Later}
Baked Zucchini Fries – These make a great afternoon snack. {Pin for Later}
Dehydrated Mangoes – I noticed mangoes on sale this week, so it might be a good week to dry some for quick munchies. {Pin for Later}
Caramel Apples – I am a huge fan of food on a stick. It’s just the way I roll. {Pin for Later}
Canning Recipe of the Week
Meyer Lemon Ginger Marmalade – This makes everything taste better, including spoons. {Pin for Later}
What are YOU planning on making this week?
