I don’t think I’ve ever seen you make stuffed peppers.
Is there something terribly wrong with stuffed peppers that I don’t know about ?
Also, do you know an easy way to make pecan logs ?
( A log of caramel nougat rolled in chopped pecans )
they cost $14.50 for a 16oz log at Bates Nut Farm ( Valley Center / Escondido, CA area ),
and that seems excessive, ( but they are delicious )

I make it every year, including this one, every January. I love it! I have three half pints of it on my pantry shelf.
