Even though I don’t make a weekly menu plan, I still love the idea of having a bunch of recipes right in front of me to choose from.Here are a few recipes from my recipe collection I thought you might like:

This popped up for me just at the right time! I buy my meat in bulk, and was going to take out some chicken to cook on Sunday, when I found it all frozen together. I had 6 lbs of chicken thighs to do something with. So, I made some freezer packs when I could peel the chicken apart, put some in the crock pot for chicken coconut curry with lemongrass, and baked some off to add BBQ sauce to. Easy peasy, thanks to the freezer meals you posted!

I meant to say I made the chicken alfredo and lime cilantro chicken in freezer packs…..
