I’ve been on a tomato kick lately so my 3 pot crock was working overnight. Crock #1 spaghetti sauce, #2 had chili and #3 taco soup. And with each, half gets eaten, half gets frozen. Next will be kielbasa soup, an unstuffed cabbage soup/casserole (haven’t decided which I want to make with the cabbage in the freezer) and a good old-fashioned potato soup, but I’m waiting until Tuesday. And and unstuffed turkey casserole to round off the week. Oh and garlic crockpot chicken legs with a garlic tomato gravy was on this past Friday’s menu. Good smells in my house since Friday!

Mavis–
Short-time reader, first-time poster. Not sure how I learned about your site, but I think it may have originated from the Smacksy blog. It probably led me to a site which led me to yours. So, I’m enjoying “100” because your ideas on savings dovetail nicely with a renewed effort by my wife and I toward simplicity. We’re mostly Paleo in diet, so I am able to pick and choose the posts that apply most to us. With our diet in mind, I think the root collection of seeds would be lovely. Thank you so much,
Gm.
