Tea With Bea: Recipes from Bea’s of Bloomsbury
I was searching Amazon last night for a new cookbook when Tea with Bea popped up. As you may know I have a weakness for cookbooks. Not to mention cake, chocolate, candy okay so pretty much any kind of dessert. In fact if Willy Wonka was real, I’d totally want to work at his Chocolate Factory as a quality control expert. White gloves, a golden spoon and a white lab coat. But no hair net. I’d have to convince Willy hair pulled back in a simple black elastic scrunci would be more pleasing to the eye than a hair net when the troves of visitors came through on tours. Oh and let’s not forget a snappy clipboard too. I must have a clipboard.
Back to Bea. Not only does Bea have a book. She has a real shop. A bakery of sorts…
Guess where it is?
C’mon Guess!
LONDON.
All I was looking for was a cookbook. And now all I can think about is how to convince the HH to let me book a ticket {a free one of course} to London for a slice of Bea’s cake. Hmmm. This is going to take some plotting. I’ll need to be clever with my subliminal messages. Do you have any ideas?
