Easy Freezer Meatballs

  • 2 1/2 lbs hamburger {Zaycon Beef 97% lean is what I used}
  • 5 eggs , beaten
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 1/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 1/2 cups Italian breadcrumbs {or regular w/ added Italian seasonings}
  • 6 crushed garlic cloves
  • 2 small onions , finely diced {Ours were fresh so I included the green tops too!}
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 3 teaspoons salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. 
  2. Mix all ingredients together. Roll into golf ball sized meatballs {makes about 30}. 

  3. Bake for 30 minutes.

  4. Let cool. Place in Ziploc freezer bags. To reheat simply microwave for 1-2 minutes until warm, or 15-20 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
