Peach Ginger Glazed Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

  • 6 – 8 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup peach jam
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic , minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl mix together all the ingredients except the chicken. Place chicken thighs in a shallow pan and pour the marinade over the chicken. Turn to coat.
  2. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  3. Remove from marinade and cook over a medium hot grill until fully cooked {about 6 to 8 minutes on each side}.
