Garlic & Herb Beef Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons dijion mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano , chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives , chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme ,
  • 2 cloves garlic , minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl mix together all the ingredients {except the beef} until nice and smooth.
  2. Skew the beef onto wet skewers and place in a roasting pan. Pour marinade over beef kabobs and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  3. Remove from marinade and cook over a medium hot grill until fully cooked {about 4 to 5 minutes on each side}.
